I was a first-time SPA purchaser. The more research I did on the internet the more confused I was. There are so many spa manufacturers and too many bogus review sites to keep track. So, I decided to just cut through the static and buy it from my most trusted go store… COSTCO. As usual, Costco buyers have found the best suppliers that deliver the best quality and the most competitive prices…hands down. Buying this spa was no exception. We have had the spa up and running for about 2 months now and we ABSOLUTELY love it and use it almost every day. I could not be happier with my purchase!

We have had this hot tub for 4 months. It has been easy to operate. We use it approximately 3-4 days a week. Keeping the chemicals balanced and the water clear has been simple. Cleaning the filter is also straight forward and not time consuming. The options on our lounger model are perfect for 5 adults (and 2 of them are over 6′ tall). We love the bluetooth option and listen to our favorite music while using the spa. This spa is well constructed. The jets can be adjusted for more or less or even no jets. We are first time spa owners and are very pleased with our purchase!

This isn’t my first spa, so after looking at similar models I thought $12,000 to $14,000 was going to the price I needed to pay for 120 Jets and 4 Pumps. The value of this Spa is awesome. Configuration of the jets and seats is much better then more expense spas I’ve sat in. I wish the lounger was a little longer, but the other seats and amount of pressure is much, much better then I expected. I had a minor issue with the exterior lights but the customer service person was fast and responsive. We use our Spa every night and don’t know how we lived without one. Overall I would highly recommend this spa and the company.

We bought this hot tub during a sale 2 months ago. It took about 15-20 days for it to be delivered- shorter than estimated. The delivery was hassle free and we paid them a bit extra to lug it all the way to the back of the house. We then sat it down and got it wired. It is somewhat tricky to wire, but our electrician got it wired up in about 2 hours. It would be ideal if there was a more central entry point- or more clearly labeled. However, once its done, it’s done. The hot tub itself is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. It runs like a dream. Don’t overfill it! The seats sit a little low and the water will rise as you enter it. Don’t have your mouth underwater! It heats very quickly and so far appears to be very energy efficient. We have only noticed a slight rise in our electric bill. We actually sold our later hot tub because our electric bill went up $300 a month. Not with this unit. The bluetooth speaker works well, which is surprising for a hot tub. All and all, it’s exactly what we wanted, and we are glad we waited for the right unit. It’s great.
